Let’s get to know each other!

Hi, I’m Sarah.

Babywearing is kind of my thing.

Welcome, I am so glad you are here!

Supporting caregivers is what brings me joy and I am here to help make your journey a little more joyful.

As a new mom, hiking with my son gave me the freedom to get outside, socialize, and exercise, all with a happy baby snuggled on my front. I learned the importance of a having good carrier and a great fit, and the need for comprehensive and evidence based baby carrier knowledge. Through my experience and my training, I have gained an extensive knowledge of different brands, styles, and ways of carrying.

While the benefits of babywearing are numerous, I am particularly passionate about equipping parents with the tools to get out and enjoy the activities they love again. From the kitchen to the summit, let me be your guide.

Let’s go Hiking!

The outdoors have long been a great passion of mine, and as a parent it was important to continue pursing that path. Shortly after my son was born, I founded a social hiking group for moms and babies in Boulder, Colorado. Leading hikes, spending time outdoors, and making new friends are some of my greatest joys in life. I am an experienced hiker and mountaineer, and enjoy all manner of outdoor recreation.

Babywearing is for Every BODY

As a volunteer educator with my local babywearing nonprofit, Mile High Babywearing,, I enjoy engaging with my local community and giving back. I have served as a volunteer since 2019, and am proud to support the mission to empower all caregivers and build community through accessible and safe babywearing.

Training and Education

In 2020 I gained my certification as a Babywearing Consultant from the Center for Babywearing Studies, and have sought additional training in Newborn Babywearing.

Everything I do is also informed by my time studying Anthropology and German (BA). I appreciate the beautiful connectedness of all people, and how culture and our differences make us all unique.
