Weekly Schedule

Tuesdays

6:00-7:15pm Prenatal Yoga at Louisville Community Yoga.

Wednesdays

10:30-11:30 Baby + Me Yoga Series at Louisville Community Yoga (See select dates: next series ends 3/5)

Thursdays

11:30am-12:30pm Prenatal Yoga at Soul Tree Yoga (Lafayette)

12:45pm-2:00pm Baby + Me Yoga at Soul Tree Yoga (Lafayette)

Pre-registration is not required, but is preferred. Drop-in classes are available! Please register via each studio’s website linked above.
